Exam Success Wellbeing Toolkit

Exam time can be stressful, especially when you’re studying in a new environment. This free workshop will help you understand how stress works and give you simple tools to manage it.

This session is delivered in collaboration with The Couch, Migrant Workers Centre, and Partners in Wellbeing.

Optional 1-on-1 CV check consultations (bring your CV printed or digital)
6:30 – 7:30 pm
Wellbeing workshop session
7:30 – 8:30 pm
Free dinner and networking/mentoring with Rotary Central Melbourne


What you’ll learn

  • What wellbeing means and why it matters
  • How stress can affect you during exam time
  • How to recognise signs of stress and overwhelm
  • Simple strategies to manage stress during exams
  • Tools you can use to support your wellbeing in everyday life

  • Learn simple strategies you can use straight away
  • Try a guided mindfulness activity
  • Connect with other students

This interactive session is for international students who want to learn practical ways to manage stress, stay focused during exams, and support their wellbeing in everyday life.
