Shankar Kasynathan is the Principal Consultant at The Culture Exchange, where he works with local governments to build more culturally inclusive workplaces. He has previously served as a Victorian Multicultural Commissioner and as an Expert Adviser to the Australian Human Rights Commission on anti-racism education.
Alongside his consulting work, Shankar teaches community development and works with emerging practitioners to think critically about diversity, power, participation and belonging.
Shankar serves on the Board of Reconciliation Victoria.
