Join this free interactive workshop for international students and learn practical ways to manage exam pressure, stay focused and build confidence.

You’ll also discover wellbeing resources and free, confidential services available to support you.

Betsy is a Multicultural Engagement Worker with the Partners in Wellbeing program at Neami National. She has over four and a half years of experience running workshops and engaging with diverse communities across Victoria. Betsy is passionate about supporting people from multicultural backgrounds to improve their wellbeing and access the support they need in a safe and welcoming environment.


Join us in a safe and welcoming space to connect, ask questions and prepare for exam time with greater confidence.

Delivered in collaboration with The Couch International Student Centre and Partners in Wellbeing, and supported by Study Melbourne Hub.
