These confidential sessions are held weekly at the Study Melbourne Hub and offer one-on-one legal advice tailored to your workplace issue. Each appointment runs for up to 60 minutes.
So how does it work?
- Contact the Migrant Workers Centre over the phone on (03) 7009 6710
- Arrange a booking, you can do so over the phone or by dropping in to the Study Melbourne Hub (times below)
- Bring all relevant documents so you have everything you need during the appointment
- Attend the clinic and discuss your workplace issue

Our employment lawyers will be available on Monday, Wednesdays and every second Friday between 3:30PM - 4:30PM at the Study Melbourne Hub (map)
This service is for international students in Victoria who are currently dealing with a workplace issue. It’s not for general career advice, migration support, or other non-work matters, but we can refer you to the right place if needed.
